But seriously, I hope you enjoyed that quick joke. I like to use that as an ice breaker to let you know that while I take your home buying and selling experience very seriously I also really enjoy what I do and I like to have fun with it. Life is just too short.
Just a little about me, my name is Jay Arbizu with eXp Realty and I have over 15 years of real estate experience in San Antonio. Before getting into real estate I was active duty Air Force so I have some insight to help out military members and those with VA Loan benefits. I also enjoy the game of rugby. I played on the US Air Force rugby team and locally with the San Antonio Rugby Club. I still do some coaching for both teams and you should definitely come and check out one of our games!
And I think of my clients as individuals with specific needs and I know that there are usually some big life events happening that lead to a decision to buy or sell your home. So if you’re just starting to think about it you probably have a lot of questions and my goal is to educate you as much as possible about the process so you can feel comfortable during your transaction. Ultimately, this gives my clients more knowledge, it makes your transaction smoother and it is just an all-around better experience. And I believe my results are proven by my track record of happy clients, in fact, 77% of my new clients are referrals from past clients.
